Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Radisson Bareilly Airport Hotel. By accessing or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Guest") and Radisson Bareilly Airport Hotel ("the Hotel", "we", "us", or "our").

Reservations & Payments

Reservation Confirmation

A reservation is only confirmed upon receipt of a confirmation letter/email from the Hotel or authorized booking channels. The Hotel reserves the right to refuse any reservation at its discretion.

Payment Terms

• All rates are quoted in Indian Rupees and are subject to applicable taxes.
• A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation.
• For certain rates or promotions, full prepayment may be required at the time of booking.
• Any additional charges incurred during your stay must be settled upon check-out.

Rate Changes

Rates are subject to change without notice unless a confirmed reservation with deposit or prepayment has been made.

Check-in & Check-out

Check-in Procedure

• Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM.
• Early check-in is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
• Guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in.
• Foreign nationals must present their passport and valid visa.

Check-out Procedure

• Standard check-out time is 12:00 PM (noon).
• Late check-out requests are subject to availability and additional charges.
• A late check-out fee equivalent to half-day rate applies until 6:00 PM, and a full day rate applies beyond 6:00 PM.

Cancellation Policy

Standard Reservations

• Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before arrival will incur a charge equivalent to one night's stay.

Non-Refundable Rates

Some special rates or promotions may be non-refundable. These will be clearly marked during the booking process.

No-Shows

Failure to arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notification will result in a no-show charge equivalent to the first night's accommodation.

Group Bookings

Group bookings (5 rooms or more) are subject to separate cancellation policies, which will be specified in the group contract.

Hotel Rules

Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that is respectful to other guests and hotel staff. The Hotel reserves the right to refuse service or accommodations to any person displaying disruptive behavior.

Noise Policy

Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Excessive noise that disturbs other guests may result in eviction without refund.

Smoking Policy

Radisson Bareilly Airport Hotel is a non-smoking property. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas. A cleaning fee of INR 5,000 will be charged for smoking in non-designated areas.

Pet Policy

Pets are not allowed on the property, with the exception of service animals as defined by applicable law.

Damage to Property

Guests will be held responsible for any damage to hotel property caused by them or their visitors during their stay.

Limitation of Liability

Personal Belongings

The Hotel is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of guests' personal belongings. We encourage the use of in-room safes provided for valuables.

Injuries and Accidents

The Hotel assumes no responsibility for injuries, accidents, or illnesses occurring within the hotel premises, except those resulting directly from negligence by hotel staff.

Force Majeure

The Hotel shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or civil unrest.

Privacy & Data

The collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, available on our website. By using our services, you consent to the terms of our Privacy Policy.

Modifications to Terms and Conditions

The Hotel reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The most current version will be posted on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
